Molybdenum plates are used to make lighting source accessories, high temperature resistant shields, high temperature resistant containers, etc.
Molybdenum plates are used to heat electronic vacuum furnaces and insulation screens. Molybdenum discs are used to produce molybdenum ships and power semiconductors, and are the raw materials for vacuum lighthouses. The formed isostatically pressed molybdenum powder is formed by sintering the molybdenum thin slab in an intermediate frequency furnace, hot rolling, annealing, alkali washing, cold rolling, cutting and flattening. The molybdenum sheet has a bright, smooth surface and good reprocessing characteristic.
The high-quality molybdenum plates we produce are our outstanding flagship products. The minimum thickness of the thin molybdenum plates we supply is 0.05mm and the width is 610mm. The longest molybdenum plate is 3,000mm. Our standard molybdenum sheets are 24" x 100" with .015" and . 01" thicknesses.
